| Deposit Policy |
The deposit amount depends on each service and booking period. Bookings are confirmed only after VINATICKET receives the deposit payment. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. |
| Ticket Issuance |
Tickets will be issued after full payment (100%) of the total service value. |
| Ticket Delivery |
E-tickets: Sent via Email or WhatsApp as registered. Vé giấy: Collected at the VINATICKETOffice – 41 Phan Triem, Hoa Xuan, Da Nang. |
| Ticket Receipt |
Customers are responsible for keeping and securing their tickets; VINATICKET will not process exchanges, returns, or complaints in cases where tickets are torn, erased, blurred, exposed QR codes, or damaged in any form. Please check the quantity, condition, and details of your tickets upon receipt. After this point, VINATICKET is not responsible for any claims. |
| Reduction or Cancellation |
No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are allowed in any case; Deposits and payments are non-refundable. |
| Upgrade Adjustments |
Allowed depending on availability; Payment must follow the current ticket price at the time of adjustment. |
| Changing from Child Ticket to Adult Ticket |
Allowed only from Child to Adult, not vice versa; Price difference: New Ticket Price – Old Ticket Price. Customers must pay the fare difference to VINATICKET. |

Before ticket issuance:
After ticket issuance: No modifications are supported. Note: Adjustments are processed during business days only (excluding holidays and weekends). Requests made during holidays, weekends, or after the ticket validity period are considered cancellations, and a 100% cancellation fee applies. |
III. RESPONSIBILITY IN CASE OF SERVICE UNAVAILABILITY
In the event that VINATICKET is unable to provide tickets or access to attractions due to unforeseen circumstances (such as fire, natural disasters, war, epidemics, embargoes, legal orders from competent authorities, military actions, or other similar causes), or due to temporary suspension announced by the operator, we will proceed as follows:
- Promptly inform customers upon receiving official notice from the relevant partner or authority.
- Refunds will be processed based on the refund policy of each partner associated with VINATICKET ;
- Refund methods: via bank transfer or cash payment.
Once the refund has been completed in full, VINATICKET bears no further liability related to the canceled service.
