MANDATORY TERMS FOR ONLINE PAYMENT

1. General Terms

–    All service prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND).

–    Ticket prices include taxes unless otherwise stated.

–    In cases where customers make payments in USD, the amount will be converted to VND based on the exchange rate of Vietcombank (Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam) at the time of payment.

2. Service Information Confirmation

Before making payment, please carefully review the program details, pricing, inclusions and exclusions, as well as ticket information and quantities.

Customers may personally or through an authorized representative confirm services, receive tickets, and make payments at the offices or branches of VINATICKET. VINATICKET is only responsible for providing trip information to the customer who registers directly or through their authorized representative.

Note: VINATICKET will not be responsible in cases where the representative fails to deliver, or delivers incorrect trip information to the customer.

3. Payment

VINATICKET accepts online payments via domestic ATM cards and Internet Banking through the official website: vinaticket.vn

Please complete all required information as instructed and make full payment to VINATICKET according to the selected service package.

Payment is considered complete only when VINATICKET eceives the full ticket amount before the scheduled departure date, as stated in the regulations. In case of late payment resulting in service cancellation, VINATICKET will not be held responsible.

A VINATICKET representative will contact and confirm your booking within 10 minutes after the transaction is successfully completed.
