To ensure a smooth ticket booking and service experience, we would like to provide detailed information regarding our delivery and ticket issuance policy. Please read the following terms carefully to understand the process and your rights.

1. Ticket Delivery Methods

After completing your payment, you will receive an electronic ticket (with QR code), paper ticket, or service confirmation via Email or WhatsApp.

Electronic tickets or service confirmations will be sent from the official email address: Vinago@dng.vn.

For paper tickets, if you request door-to-door delivery, VINATICKET will provide delivery service within the inner city of Da Nang (former city limits) upon your request. For deliveries to other provinces or cities, VINATICKET will assist in sending tickets via postal or express delivery services. Shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

Please note that Viettel Post does not issue delivery receipts or shipping documents during the delivery process. Should such documents be required, VINATICKET will be responsible for providing all necessary invoices or documents related to the delivery.

2. Delivery Time

After successful payment, your electronic ticket or service confirmation will be sent within 10 to 30 minutes during working hours.

For special requests or door-to-door deliveries, the delivery time will be agreed upon and confirmed by both parties.

In the event of delays caused by force majeure circumstances (such as natural disasters or transportation disruptions), VINATICKET will promptly inform customers and reserves the right to adjust the delivery schedule without compensation.

If the delay causes you not to receive your ticket at least one day prior to departure, you have the right to cancel the booking. However, the cancellation will only take effect if you notify VINATICKET in writing or via email (vinago@dng.vn) within 24 hours before departure. After this period, VINATICKET will not be obligated to refund or compensate.
